1. Who we are

Crownlands is run by Mirveil Entertainment, eenmanszaak, Netherlands.

KVK 80734863. We do not charge VAT: the operator uses the Dutch small business scheme (kleineondernemersregeling). Email info@mirveil.nl for anything, or info@mirveil.nl for privacy. We answer by email only.

These Terms cover the website, the game, your account and anything you buy. By playing or buying, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Where mandatory Dutch or EU consumer law gives you a right these Terms don't, that law wins.

2. Your account

  • You must be 16 or older. Under 18, only with a parent's permission.
  • One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself.
  • You're responsible for what happens on your account.
  • You may not sell, rent, lend, gift or trade an account, or buy one.
  • Guest accounts are temporary and disappear when browser storage is cleared. Register properly if you want to keep your progress.
  • You can close your account any time. That doesn't refund anything.

3. Fair play

Any of these can get you permanently banned:

  • Cheating: bots, macros, scripts, automation, modified clients, memory editing, packet manipulation, or any third-party tool that touches the game.
  • Exploiting bugs or duplication instead of reporting them.
  • Multiple accounts used to spy, funnel resources, farm rewards, inflate rankings, or get around a limit or a ban.
  • Selling or buying accounts, Rubies or items for real money. Boosting and account-sharing services count.
  • Manipulating the economy: wash trading, sham auctions, price fixing, match fixing, collusion.
  • Payment abuse: stolen cards, chargeback farming, refund abuse.
  • Attacking the service: denial-of-service, scraping, probing, brute forcing, reverse engineering, phishing, malware, credential theft, or reaching for data you aren't entitled to.
  • Spamming or flooding chat, reports, tickets or any other feature.
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, doxxing, impersonation, or anything illegal.
  • Evading a ban, including with a new or borrowed account.

4. Bans and enforcement

We decide whether section 3 has been broken, using the gameplay, economy, security, payment and chat records we hold. We can act immediately and without warning: roll back a battle, trade or account state; remove Rubies, items, rewards and rankings gained through a breach; restrict, mute, suspend or permanently close the account; refuse to sell to you again; or report it to the police.

When an account is permanently closed for a breach, everything in it is lost, including purchased Rubies and items. No refund is due, and we may set off any loss you caused against amounts we hold for you.

You can email info@mirveil.nl once to ask us to look at it again. We'll tell you which rule you broke. We won't explain how we detected it, and we're not obliged to change our mind.

5. What you're buying

Rubies, items, chests and passes are a personal, revocable licence to use that content inside Crownlands for as long as we run it. You don't own them, they aren't money or property, and they can't be cashed out.

Unspent purchased Rubies are attached to your account and carry into future worlds. World-scoped rewards, resources, troops, rankings and passes reset at the end of a season.

The game itself — software, art, audio, names, logos, maps, databases — belongs to Mirveil Entertainment. Don't copy, scrape, data mine, reverse engineer or resell any of it.

6. Payment and delivery

The price you see is the price you pay. We add no VAT and no other charges.

Payment goes through the provider shown at checkout; we never see your full card details. Rubies and bundles are delivered to your account immediately after Stripe confirms payment. You get a confirmation email — keep it, it's your proof of purchase.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Normally you'd have 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. Because we deliver immediately, you tick a box at checkout confirming you want delivery now and that this ends the 14-day right. Once delivery starts, it's gone.

So: nothing delivered, we refund. Delivered but nothing used, we may refund at our discretion. Any part used, we don't.

  • Always refundable: you paid and nothing arrived; you were charged twice; what you bought is faulty or clearly not what was described.
  • Never refundable: anything spent or used; losing in the game; balance, price or rule changes; seasonal resets; downtime; someone else buying on your account; anything on an account banned under section 3.
  • A refund removes the Rubies or items it paid for.
  • Talk to us before disputing a payment with your bank. If a payment is reversed, the value goes with it and the account may be suspended while we look into it.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the names, messages and other things you write. You give us permission to host, show, moderate and adapt them as far as running the service needs, and to keep copies as evidence. Only post things you have the right to post. We may use feedback and suggestions freely.

9. The game changes

Crownlands is a live competitive game. Units, rewards, drop rates, timers, Rubies costs, maps, matchmaking and rules change over time. That's how the service works, not a fault in it, and a balance change isn't a reason for a refund.

Crownlands runs in seasonal worlds. Territories, troops, resources, rankings and battle-pass progress reset or become read-only when a season ends.

The service may be maintained, updated, interrupted, migrated or discontinued at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or shut down the service or any part of it, and correct obvious pricing or display errors.

10. Liability

Our total liability for any claim about the service is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. We aren't liable for lost virtual items, currency, progress, rankings or time; for anything caused by your own breach of these Terms or by not keeping your account secure; or for your hardware, network or third-party services.

This is a game for personal entertainment. Business losses — lost profit, revenue, streaming or tournament income, goodwill, data — are excluded as far as the law allows.

11. Changes, law and disputes

We may change these Terms. The current version and date are at the top of this page, and carrying on using the service means you accept them.

Dutch law applies. If you're a consumer in the EU, that doesn't remove the mandatory protections of your own country. If a provision here is invalid, the rest still stands. We may transfer this agreement if the business is sold.

Got a problem? Email info@mirveil.nl with your account name, the order reference and what you're asking for.
