Cancel a purchase

Use this form to ask us to cancel or refund an online purchase. You do not need to be signed in.

Enter the payment number from your Account page, or the reference from your confirmation email. We record the request straight away and reply to your account email.

Submitting this does not by itself mean a refund is due. Because content is delivered immediately and you confirmed that at checkout, the 14-day withdrawal right usually ends at delivery. Missing or faulty content is always covered — see Terms, section 9.
